FEATURE: UNDER-APPRECIATED COOL CATS

Here will be my suggestions to the "Artists that Deserve More Love" Article series by Tajii-chan
and will be updated whenever I have more.

I don't have much watchers as she does, so I always suggest to her when I find someone worthy, but now I thought I should really share it with my watchers now!
